1991: The Foundation is founded

Jacques Rocher at the Earth Summit in Rio

Jacques Rocher attends the Earth Summit in Rio in 1992. He submits a petition with more than 200,000 signatures from customers for saving tropical forests.

In 2001, the first Terre de Femmes awards ceremony is held
- n the 17 years since:
- 400 women awarded
- €2 million donated by the Foundation to support their projects in over 50 countries
- 11 participating countries (France, Germany, Switzerland, Russia, Morocco, Portugal, Ukraine, Mexico, Turkey, Italy, Spain)
- 1 International Award open to all women around the world
The Plant for the Planet program begins in 2007

More than 75 million trees have already been planted with 30 NGOs in 10 years
Jacques Rocher at COP21 in 2015

In 2015, Jacques Rocher attends COP 21. Five commitments are made at the Paris Accords to:
- reduce our water consumption 10% by 2020
- reduce our energy consumption 10% by 2020
- reduce our paper consumption 10% by 2020
- use 30% renewable energy by 2020
