Louise and her Rooftop Garden

If you would be well served, serve yourself: it’s the philosophy that Louise, co-founder of Aéromates, chose to adopt. Not able to find what she wanted in the Parisian spice markets, she decided to cultivate some, in an ecologically and practical manner, on rooftops. So, she operates unused spaces to grow all sorts of plants and supplies surrounding neighborhoods. She is aware that urban agriculture will never take the place of rural agriculture but she believes that both can coexist in a beneficial manner.
