1. The “Review and Enter For a Chance to Win!” contest is organized by Yves Rocher North America Inc. (“Yves Rocher”) and is open to all residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. The contest will start on August 23rd, 2022 8:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”), and end on September 6th, 2022 07:59 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) (the “Contest Period”

2. No purchase necessary to participate.

3. To participate, proceed as follows within the Contest Period:

   1. Go on the Website;

   2. Connect yourself to your Yves Rocher Internet account or create yourself an Yves Rocher Internet account on www.yvesrocher.ca;

   3. Select a product that you have already used and comment it by filling the submission form.

   For your comment to be eligible for the purposes of this contest, you must accept these contest rules, as well as the Terms of Use applicable to reviews, and comply with the Guidelines contained therein. In particular, you agree to disclose the fact that your comment is submitted as part of your participation in this contest by checking the proper box in the submission form. You acknowledge and agree that any admissible comments may be published on the websites of Yves Rocher and its subsidiaries and affiliates, among other things. Yves Rocher reserves the right to verify the compliance of any comments submitted with the Terms of Use at any time during the Contest Period, and to disqualify any non-compliant comments.

   Entries received online will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized Yves Rocher Internet account holder.

4. Yves Rocher’s employees, representatives or agents, jury members and people with whom they are domiciled are not eligible to participate in this contest.

5. A total of three (3) prizes will be offered:

   A first prize of an approximate total value of $370,80 CAD will be awarded to one (1) winner. The prize consists of the following Yves Rocher products:

   A participant can only win one of the three (3) prizes mentioned above.

   Each prize must be accepted as is and may not be transferred, assigned, substituted, or exchanged for cash, unless otherwise specified by Yves Rocher. Yves Rocher reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize (or a portion thereof) cannot be awarded for any reason. If a prize (or a portion thereof) is not used, no compensation will be awarded to the winner. In all cases, Yves Rocher may not be required to award more prizes or to award a prize other than in accordance with these regulations.

6. For each prize, one (1) entry will be randomly selected among all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The random draws will take place at Yves Rocher North America Inc. 2199 Fernand-Lafontaine, Longueuil, QC, Canada, J4G 2V7, on September 12th, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. EST. The draws will be supervised by a Commissioner of oaths, whose decision will be final, subject to any decision of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec (the “Régie”) in relation to any matter falling within its jurisdiction. The awarding of the prizes (first, second and third prize) will be done in the order of the draws (first, second and third draws).

7. Selected participants will be notified of their selection by email no later than September 16th, 2022. To be declared a winner, those selected at the time of the draw must meet the following conditions:

   1. Be in good standing with Yves Rocher; in particular, it will be required that the balance of their account is not overdue and payable;

   2. Correctly answer the mathematical skill-testing question that will be asked to them in the email notifying them of their selection, within the prescribed period.

8. If a selected participant cannot be reached within the prescribed period, does not meet all the conditions included in these contest rules, refuses the prize, does not correctly answer the mathematical skill-testing question, or is declared ineligible for the prize in any way, she/he will be disqualified and no longer entitled to the prize. In such event, Yves Rocher may, in its sole and absolute discretion, randomly select another participant from the remaining eligible entries received during the Contest Period and proceed in accordance with Section 7 above.

9. Within a maximum period of thirty (30) days following receipt by Yves Rocher of the correct answer to the mathematical skill-testing question, Yves Rocher will contact the winner in question to inform her/him of the terms and conditions for taking possession of her/his price.

10. By entering this contest, the winners acknowledge and agree that:

    1. Yves Rocher may use, without any form of compensation, their name, city of residence and photograph for promotional purposes, as well as for the purposes provided for in Section 11 below;

    2. Their identity may be verified.

    Any personal information that you provide to Yves Rocher as part of your participation in this contest will be subject to Yves Rocher’s Privacy Policy.

11. The name of the winners can be obtained after October 24th, 2022 by sending a postage-paid return envelope to Yves Rocher North America Inc., 2199, boul. Fernand-Lafontaine, Longueuil (Quebec) J4G 2V7.

12. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible comments submitted by participants on the website www.yvesrocher.ca. Each eligible comment gives the right to one entry for the draw. There is no limit of participation.

13. By entering this contest, participants agree to abide by and be bound by these contest rules, which will be available on the Website during the Contest Period. Any decision by Yves Rocher relating to this contest is final and without appeal, subject to any decision of the Régie, in relation to any matter within its jurisdiction. For residents of Quebec, a dispute regarding the organization or conduct of this contest may be submitted to the Régie for a decision. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reaching a settlement.

14. Yves Rocher reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend, in whole or in part, this contest in the event that an event occurs or any human intervention that may alter or influence the administration, security, impartiality or conduct of the competition as provided for in these regulations, subject to the approval of the Régie if required.

15. In the event that, for any reason whatsoever, the contest should end in whole or in part before the end date provided for in these regulations, the selection of participants may be made among the eligible entries duly registered during the Contest Period or, at Yves Rocher's discretion, until the date of the event which ended the contest.

16. All documents allowing participation in the contest are subject to verification by Yves Rocher. Any document which is, as the case may be, incomplete, illegible, mutilated, fraudulent, sent late, containing an invalid email address or telephone number, not including the correct answer to the mathematical skill-testing question or otherwise non-compliant, may be rejected by Yves Rocher and will not give the right, as the case may be, to an entry or to a prize.

17. Yves Rocher reserves the right to disqualify a participant or to cancel one or more entries of a participant if she/he participates or attempts to participate in this contest by means contrary to these rules or likely to be unfair to other participants. This person could be handed over to the relevant competent authorities.

18. By entering this contest, any selected participant releases and indemnifies Yves Rocher, its affiliates and related companies, as well as their advertising and promotion agencies, employees, representatives and agents (the “Beneficiaries”) from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, cost or expense arising out of her/his participation in the contest.

19. Yves Rocher does not guarantee in any way that the Website or that any page or website linked to it will be accessible or functional and without interruption during the Contest Period or that they will be free from any error.

20. If any provision of these contest rules is declared or found illegal, unenforceable or void by a competent court, then such provision will be considered void, but the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

21. In the event of any discrepancy between the French version and the English version of these contest rules, the French version shall prevail.
