What is the loyalty program?

How can I join the loyalty program?

Visit your nearest store (find it here) quickly. Ask your advisor who will be delighted to enroll you in the loyalty program and give you your loyalty card. They will also explain all its benefits to you!

If you already have a loyalty card, your enrollment in the new program will be automatic and free of charge. You can keep your current card, and your advisor will affix a new sticker to it.

The loyalty card is personal and cannot be transferred to another person.

Your loyalty account is only valid in-store.

Is the loyalty program valid in all stores and on the website?

You can accumulate points and enjoy your rewards in all Yves Rocher stores in Quebec.

However, it is not yet possible on our website, yvesrocher.ca.

How will I be notified that I am eligible for a loyalty reward?

As soon as you receive a reward, your advisor will be delighted to inform you! You can use it on the same day or on your next purchase. It is personal and cannot be transferred to another person.

How can I check the number of points I have accumulated?

The point balance is indicated on the sticker on the back of your loyalty card.

How long are my points valid?

With each new in-store purchase, the validity period for all your points is extended by 12 months.

Can I accumulate points abroad?

The loyalty program is only valid in Yves Rocher stores in Quebec.

How can I benefit from my $10 discount?

Among the rewards you can choose from, you can take advantage of a $10 discount on the purchase of beauty products and spa treatments.

It can be used in a single transaction for any purchase of $20 or more. The discount is valid the month following your purchase for one month. Your discount can only be used in-store.

When can I use my reward?

You can enjoy your reward as soon as you reach your threshold of 100 points on your current purchase or on your next purchase.

I forgot my loyalty card, what should I do?

You must provide your loyalty card with every purchase to accumulate points.

I lost my loyalty card, what should I do?

Reporting the loss of your card at one of the Yves Rocher stores will invalidate the lost card. Immediately after reporting the loss, your advisor will give you a new card (with a new card number).

However, in the event of card loss, unfortunately, your points cannot be transferred to your new card.

Will I receive commercial offers?

Your enrollment in the loyalty program allows you to receive exclusive offers and news from the Yves Rocher brand by postal mail, email, and/or SMS.

You can modify your choices at any time by writing an email to the dedicated address, making sure to provide your full name, email address, and your loyalty card number if you have one.

In any case, as a member of the loyalty program, you will naturally receive our messages intended to ensure the proper functioning of the loyalty program.

My contact information has changed, how do I report it?

You can simply report your change of contact information during your next in-store visit.
