What is a dehydrated skin? What are its causes?
Dehydrated skin is skin that lacks water: it is not a skin type but a temporary condition that can affect anyone, even those with oily skin. It manifests as tightness, a dull complexion, fine lines caused by dehydration, and uneven texture, sometimes accompanied by excess sebum as a reaction.
There are many causes: external aggressions (cold, sun, pollution, air conditioning), unsuitable skincare products (cleansers that are too harsh, lack of hydration) or lifestyle factors (fatigue, stress, smoking, alcohol, lack of water). In short, dehydrated skin is “thirsty” skin that needs regular hydration and a routine that helps it retain moisture.
Can the mask be used day or night?
Yes, it can be used as a day cream for immediate hydration and radiant skin. It can also be used as a night mask to replenish the skin's moisture reserves while you sleep.
Can the mask replace my usual day cream?
No, the mask is not designed for daily use. It should be used occasionally, once or twice a week, during the day or as a night care, depending on your needs.
For daily care tailored to your skin type, we recommend choosing from our three moisturizers:

Should it be rinsed off or left on?
For daytime use, apply a thin layer of the mask, leave on for 5 minutes, then gently remove any excess with a cotton pad.
For nighttime use, apply as a care and leave on the skin until morning, rinsing off if necessary.
