1. The “Dreams Come True 2021” Sweepstakes (the ‘’Sweepstakes’’) is sponsored by Yves Rocher North America Inc. (the ‘’Sponsor’’) and is open to all residents of legal age in Canada and the United States at time of entry. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN AND A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. The Sweepstakes begins on or about December 25th, 2020, 11:00 a.m. EASTERN and the final entry deadline is January 7th, 2022, 11:59pm EASTERN (the ‘’Entry Period’’).
2. No purchase is necessary for an entry in the Sweepstakes, but entry is automatic with purchase unless participant clearly states he/she doesn’t want to participate. Your entry must be received by January 7th, 2022 11:59pm EASTERN at Yves Rocher North America Inc., P.O. Box 1001 STN de l’Aéroport, Longueuil, QC J4G 2T4. You may enter the Sweepstakes by simply returning your order form or by calling our customer service center at 1 800 361-2746. Entries are not transferable and mechanical reproductions are not valid. Sponsor is not responsible for false, incorrect, changed, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete or illegible entries or contact information.
3. Sponsor’s employees, representatives or agents and any persons with whom they are domiciled and jury members are not eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes.
4. One (1) Sweepstakes prize will be given away, $35,000.00 in cash. The value of the prize is in Canadian dollars. The prize is not transferable. No substitution for the prize. The prize is guaranteed to be awarded. Visual presentation of the prize may vary during the Sweepstake campaign.
5. The random draw for the Sweepstakes will take place at Yves Rocher North America Inc., 2199 Fernand-Lafontaine, Longueuil, QC, Canada, J4G 2V7, on January 27th, 2022 at 11 a.m. EASTERN. The drawing will be supervised by a commissioner of oaths whose decision is final.
6. The winner will be informed by registered mail or phone no later than February 14th, 2022. In order to win the prize, the selected entrant must first correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to be administered by telephone. The selected entrant must be in good standing with Sponsor at the time of the draw and, without limitation their account shall have no outstanding amount duly owed before receiving the prize. Within 21 days of notification, the prize must be claimed, or an alternative winner will be selected. The qualified winner accepts in advance that: i) Sponsor may use their name, their city of residence and photograph for promotional purposes; ii) their identity may be verified. In the event a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who actually submitted an entry cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible. Sponsor shall not be responsible and/or liable for late, lost, damaged, intercepted, misdirected or unsuccessful efforts to notify the potential winners.
7. The winner’s name will be available upon request after March 25th, 2022 by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Yves Rocher North America Inc., 2199 Fernand-Lafontaine, Longueuil, QC, Canada, J4G 2V7.
8. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received by the entry closing date. A maximum of 2 entries per month per person for the duration of the Sweepstakes is permitted. Attempts made by the same person to participate beyond this limit, through the use of dubious or false information may result in the entrant being disqualified. Entries that are in excess of the stated limits, incomplete, illegible, damages, destroyed, forged, false, lost, late or misdirected, deceptive or otherwise not in compliance with these Rules may be disqualified from the Sweepstake at the Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.
9. Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity Sweepstakes may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
10. Except where prohibited, by entering the Sweepstakes, the participant agrees to settle all claims and disputes pertaining to the Sweepstake individually without resorting to any kind of class action lawsuit. Any and all claims, judgments and/or awards shall be limited to actual out of pocket expenses incurred up to a maximum of $100 canadian dollars and shall exclude any attorney’s fees, punitive, indirect or any other similar damages.
11. Entering or participating in this Sweepstakes constitutes acceptance of these rules (the ‘’Rules’’) and any decision by Sponsor, including the interpretation of these Rules, can be exercised at its sole discretion and will be final and binding in all respect.
