CONTEST RULES – WIN A MONOI MASK (the “Contest”)

The WIN A MONOI MASK contest is held by Yves Rocher North America Inc. (hereinafter, together with its subsidiary Yves Rocher Canada, referred to as “Yves Rocher”) in the province of Quebec. It begins on June 19th, 2025, and ends on July 21st, 2025, at 11:59 p.m.
By participating or attempting to participate in this contest, each participant agrees to be bound by these rules.
By entering the contest, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information by Yves Rocher for the purpose of administering the contest and awarding prizes. 1. ELIGIBILITY

This contest is open to all legal residents of Canada who are 18 years of age or older. No purchase is required. Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of Yves Rocher as well as persons with whom they reside are not eligible to enter the contest.

2. PRIZES

There are 100 containers of Monoï 3 in 1 Hydrating Masks to be won, each valued at $22.95. Each participant may win only one container.

The prize is neither transferable nor exchangeable for cash or credit. If the prize is unavailable for any reason, Yves Rocher reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute another prize of the same nature or equivalent value.
 

3. HOW TO ENTER

There is a limit of one (1) entry per person. An eligible person may enter the contest by:

1. purchasing a product at a participating store;
2. purchasing a product online; or
3. without purchase, by sending an email to monoi.yrca@yrnet.com stating that you wish to enter the contest to win a Monoï 3-in-1 moisturizing hair mask and including your first and last name and confirmation that you are a resident of Canada aged 18 or over. In addition, if you wish to receive Yves Rocher partners’ newsletters with the latest discounts, product launches, and brand announcements, we invite you to include the following in your email: “I expressly consent to Yves Rocher Canada sending me personalized advice, exclusive offers, and satisfaction surveys by electronic messages (e.g., email, direct marketing, social media, or SMS). I understand that I can unsubscribe at any time.”

4. DRAW AND ODDS OF WINNING

On July 28th, 2025, a random draw among all eligible participants will be conducted by Yves Rocher at their offices in Longueuil to determine the potential winners. In addition to meeting the contest eligibility criteria and complying with these rules, in order to be declared a winner, each selected participant must correctly answer, without any assistance (electronic or otherwise), a mathematical skill-testing question. Yves Rocher reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to verify or require proof of identity and/or eligibility (in a form deemed acceptable by Yves Rocher) from any contest participant.

The odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received by Yves Rocher during the contest period, in accordance with these rules.

By accepting a prize, any winning individual authorizes Yves Rocher to use, if required, their name in all media, without further notice and without any form of compensation. Any participant may be required to sign a confirmation to this effect.
 

5. COMMUNICATION WITH SELECTED PARTICIPANTS

Yves Rocher will attempt to contact the selected participant by email, using the contact information provided at the time of entry, at least once within five (5) business days following the date of the draw. If the selected participant cannot be reached (i.e., does not respond to Yves Rocher’s email) within ten (10) business days following the date of the first contact attempt, they may be disqualified and will forfeit any right to the prize. Yves Rocher then reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to randomly select another participant from the remaining eligible entries for this draw, and the provisions of this section will apply to this new selected participant.

6. PRIZE DELIVERY

Yves Rocher will arrange for the delivery of the prizes. Please allow four (4) to five (5) weeks from the date of the draw for delivery. Notwithstanding any other provision of these rules, Yves Rocher reserves the right to determine how the prize will be delivered.

7. NO LIABILITY

By participating or attempting to participate in the contest, each participant or purported participant releases Yves Rocher, any subsidiary of Yves Rocher (including any company, corporation, trust or other legal entity controlled by or related to it), their advertising and promotional agencies, as well as their employees, directors, officers, representatives and agents (the “Released Parties”), from any claim, action, damage, demand, cause of action, suit, debt, obligation, undertaking, warranty, indemnity, contract or liability of any kind arising from or related to participation or attempted participation in the contest or as a result of acceptance or use of the prize. The Released Parties are not responsible for lost, incomplete, late, or misdirected entries, nor for any failure of the contest website, nor for any technical malfunction or other problems related to the telephone network, online computer systems, servers, access providers, computer hardware or software, nor for technical problems or congestion on the Internet or any website, nor for any combination of the above.

8. MISCELLANEOUS

Yves Rocher reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or cancel this contest at any time, in whole or in part, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever. Yves Rocher’s decisions regarding the contest are final and binding in all respects, including, without limitation, decisions regarding the eligibility or disqualification of a participant and the awarding of the prize. Only selected participants will be contacted. If any provision of these rules is declared illegal or unenforceable by a competent court, such provision will be deemed void, but all other paragraphs will remain in effect.
