Eat for hydration!

Skincare products can give you beautiful hydrated skin, but they're not the only way! We can also increase the moisture in our skin through what we eat.

This is all about essential fatty acids: omega-3 fats that increase the skin's elasticity and omega-6 fats that help hydrate the skin!
Olive oil and fish that's high in fat like salmon, sardines, mackerel, and herring are great sources of omega-3 and omega-6. Your skin will reap the rewards when you enjoy a dish full of these foods!

Eat fruits and vegetables that contain lots of water

Don’t hold back when it comes to fruits and vegetables that are naturally high in H2O because they hydrate us from within! Eat some at every meal. Depending on the season, you could choose vegetables like lettuce, zucchini, celery, cucumbers, tomatoes, and fruits like citrus, watermelon, peaches and strawberries!

Eat foods that are rich in vitamin E

Vitamin E strengthens the hydrolipidic film, which helps hydrate the skin, especially on the surface. As a natural antioxidant, this vitamin also renews skin. 
Here's a few examples of food that contains Vitamin E:
- Vegetal oils: olive oil or colza oil
- Spinach
- Oleaginous plants: almonds, peanuts, hazelnuts…
- Avocados
