Who has access to your personal data?
Apart from you and Yves Rocher, the only recipient is our provider Captain Wallet. They technically support us in order for you to have the best experience with your new digitalized loyalty card.

Your personal data will be deleted as soon as you decide to delete your loyalty card from your Wallet application (no later than 7 days after you decide to delete your loyalty card).

If you withdraw your consent, we will immediately stop processing your personal data for this purpose. In order to do that, you just have to delete your Yves Rocher Card from your Wallet.
